Great location, near shopping mall, markets, food stalls, etc. 5 minute walk only. Good room facilities, good hotel facilities, enough car park, and there is swimming pool. Helpfull bellboy. Great massage service and price is reasonable.

Counter staff could not speak english, hard to communicate. Room service kinda slow. Only 1 lift has the access to car park, kinda hard. No kettle, no coffee, no tea.

I had a great stay at this hotel right at the city center. The value for money was excellent as the prices were very reasonable. The hotel is situated in a great location close to Kim Yong market, shopping areas and restaurants. It is very accessible to many surrounding places. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers a variety of options including both Thai and Western dishes. The view from the room is stunning.

The lobby is quite dark and could use more lighting to make it more welcoming.

Very central, helpful reception staff and chambermaids. Comfortable room and beds and good views over the city.Lifts worked well and although rather old fashioned the hotel had a pleasant ambience.

The bathroom was very old fashioned, although good hot water and pressure. The room safe was broken (maybe it should be removed or replaced?) The restaurant was more geared to Karaoke than dining and the breakfast definitely not good value.

We had a wonderful stay in this city! The hotel had great transportation options, and it was conveniently located near Lee Garden and the Morning Market. The hotel staff were exceptional and always kept the hotel facilities very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.
